Overview

In the following chapters, you can find more information on the update of the different IEM offerings, devices and applications.

Prerequisites and Recommendations

  • Internet and IE Hub access: Ensure that your IEM is connected to the internet and that the IE Hub is reachable to download the required updates.

  • Required domains: For a flawless operation, you must enable access to the domains described in the security manual.

  • Snapshot: Before beginning the update procedure, you should take a snapshot. The snapshot is not meant as a long time backup, but helps you to overcome for incompatibilities caused by an update.
