Switching Documentation for Industrial Edge Management Cloud

NOTICE

This document is specific for the Industrial Edge Management Cloud (IEM Cloud) service.

Procedure

You can initiate the switching process by following these steps:

1. Access the Siemens Support Portal.

2. Create a support request by following these steps:

   1. Select a product: Type in IEM Cloud and select IEM Cloud (managed by Siemens in cloud environment).
   2. Skip the AI-based support page by clicking Next.
   3. For Issue summary select Data Act Switching Request.
   4. For Topic/Category of Symptom select Other and Data Act Switching Request.

Exportable data

This category includes data that the customer has entered the service or that has been generated through their use, excluding the provider's assets or data that are protected by intellectual property rights or constitute a trade secret.
